Refund & Exchanges

  1. Selection and Purchase:

    • Carefully select your items as received orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  2. Product Inspection: •⁠  ⁠You can inspect the product while the courier is still present. If there is any issue, you may refuse the order and only pay the shipping fees. Partial Delivery :

Exchange Process:

  1. Exchange Form:

  2. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Preparing the Exchange:

    • Prepare the item for exchange in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

  4. Inspection and New Order:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a new order will be prepared and sent to you.

  5. Shipping Fees:

    • All shipping fees for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
  6. No exchange more than 2 times:

Cost of Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns:

    • No shipment fees for defective, damaged, or incorrect items returned upon reception.
    • Shipping fees are applicable if the Exchange is due to a change of mind.

  • Exchanges:

    • All shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
